Is it possible to get a sample?

Certainly! Please send us a formal sample request using this link along with your business information, including your business registration number and any licensing information required by your country.

How do I pay?

You can pay through bank transfers or card payments. Cross-border payments will be powered by our payments partner MangoPay. The payment fees will vary depending on the option chosen.

How do you guarantee the authenticity of the product?

We will be working with tea experts to ensure tea is sampled and graded upon request. We also work closely with the regulatory bodies in the jurisdictions the tea is processed to ensure standards are met and quality is assured. We recommend trying some of the samples ahead of making large orders.

How do I track my order?

Orders will be tracked on the platform under the buyers dashboard. This feature is currently being integrated into the platform.
