Step by step guide on "How to create an account" on Palmyra

Step 1: When you're on Palmyra's homepage, click on the "Access" button, on the top right corner of your screen.

Step 2: This is the Palmyra Sign in page. 1. You can sign in with your google account, or 2. You can sign up and create a new account with your email (follow Step 3).

Step 3: On this step, you'll choose what kind of user you are: Buyer or Seller? This guide is focused on the Buyers, so click on "I want to BUY commoditties" and "Continue"

Step 4: Creating an account. 1. You will have to type your email address, 2. Create a strong password, and 3. Confirm your password

4. Agree to Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement and click "Send verification e-mail"

Step 5: Once you verify your email, you'll be asked to enter your mobile phone number. Select the country you're in and type your phone number. Click on "Send SMS code" to receive the PIN on your phone device.

You'll receive a 5 digit PIN that you'll have to enter for confirmation.

Step 6: Enter the 5 digit PIN and click on "confirm code"

Step 7: On this step, you'll enter your personal information. 1. First name 2. Last name 3. Name of the business you're signing up with.

Step 8: On this step, you'll enter your business information. 1. Business Name 2. Company Website 3. Company Registration number 4. VAT ID 5. Industry - Tea 6. Entity Type - Importer When you fill out all the fields, you can click on "Continue"

Step 9: On this step, you'll enter the business location information: 1. Company Address 2. Country 3. City 4. Zip Code When you fill out all the fields, you can click on "Continue"

Step 10: You are almost there! On this page, it'll ask you if you want to validate your identity. You can skip this step for now, this feature will be added on Palmyra soon. Click on "Skip"

Step 11: Congratulations! Your account has been registered and you're ready to explore all of our listings. Click "Back to site" to start your journey on Palmyra!
