Who can use Palmyra?

Palmyra is for buyers and sellers of wholesale commodity and specialized commodity products, who buy or sell of a minimum order of $1000 per order.

What are the platform costs involved?

There are no upfront integration costs involved with set up or orders.

We charge both sellers and buyers on a Pay-As-You-Go basis via a transaction fee. This amount will vary from commodity to commodity.

In the future, there will also be paid value-add services available for users to get access to. Note: There is a small Know-Your-Business (KYB) fee of $20 USD for sellers at the beginning to ensure the platform is in compliance with payment regulatory requirements.

How does logistics work for Palmyra?

We are currently partnered with leading air freight logistics companies DHL and FedEx that provide across a number of countries. We are in the process of onboarding sea freight and air-cargo service providers to reduce shipping costs for larger orders made through the platform.

What are the payment terms?

All payments including the order value and logistics will be paid upfront. Funds will be stored in an escrow system through our payment partners MangoPay. Funds will be released to the sellers on the platform once terms of sale are met. This ensure full trust between buyers and sellers.

Is there shipping insurance available?

Yes! During the checkout process, you will have the option to pay extra for shipping if required.
